Thenacares is an exclusive family-owned home care and private duty nurse registry.
We are dedicated to providing the highest level of care and professionalism to ensure that our clients enjoy the highest level of satisfaction. We prioritize quality over quantity, thus we only accept a limited number of clients per year.
We offer 12-24 hour shift schedules to ensure the staff at THENACARES can assist your loved one from the moment they wake up to the time they go to sleep.

Services offered
THENACARES’ caregiver team is available for private duty nursing care 24/7. Whether in the Hospital, Wellness facility or in the privacy and comfort of your own home, our specialized trained caregiver team is there to help. All shifts are available with a 12 hour minimum.
The skilled Nurses at THENACARES work closely with clients physician(s) to individualize a plan of care that is tailored to fit your family’s needs.
They are prepared to provide education and training to all our clients and family members regarding their illness, diet, medications, and daily self-care that will assist them in reaching an optimal level of independence.
Our services also include, but are not limited to, bathing, using the bathroom, incontinence care, assisting with getting dressed, feeding, transfer from bed and chair, medication reminder, light housekeepins, shopping trips and errands.
At THENACARES, the administrative team is on call 24/7 to assist our clients whenever needed.

Our nursing staff has been carefully selected. They are clinical experts, highly experienced, honest and carry a positive attitude.
We pride ourselves on professionalism and dependability while providing you and your loved ones with the highest quality of care.
Once referred to us, only those caregivers who meet our standards are selected to proceed to the next level of our application process with emphasis on the verification of credentials and a Level ll background screening.
At THENACARES, we also conduct reference checks and it’s mandatory for the caregivers to be insured and bonded.
We remain selective in our hiring process.
