Cassandre Jean-Louis is the visionary founder of THENACARES LLC, a newly established luxury homecare agency that embodies the principles of love, compassion, and dignity in care.
Drawing on over 25 years of experience as a caregiver, Cassandre is committed to providing exceptional, personalized service tailored to the unique needs of each client.
With a Patient Care Technician diploma, she has honed her skills in esteemed environments, including hospitals, nursing homes, rehabilitation centers, and private residences.
Growing up in Paris, France, Cassandre cultivated an appreciation for luxury, elegance, and beauty, which informs her approach to care. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design and Marketing and a Master in Business Administration, equipping her with a unique perspective on delivering high-quality services.
This combination of caregiving experience and refined education allows her to set a new standard for luxury homecare at THENACARES.
Inspired by her beloved grandmother, Thenaise, Cassandre founded THENACARES as a heartfelt tribute to her legacy.

Services offered
THENACARES’ caregiver team is available for private duty nursing care 24/7. Whether in the Hospital, Wellness facility or in the privacy and comfort of your own home, our specialized trained caregiver team is there to help. All shifts are available with a 12 hour minimum.
The skilled Nurses at THENACARES work closely with clients physician(s) to individualize a plan of care that is tailored to fit your family’s needs.
They are prepared to provide education and training to all our clients and family members regarding their illness, diet, medications, and daily self-care that will assist them in reaching an optimal level of independence.
Our services also include, but are not limited to, bathing, using the bathroom, incontinence care, assisting with getting dressed, feeding, transfer from bed and chair, medication reminder, light housekeepins, shopping trips and errands.
At THENACARES, the administrative team is on call 24/7 to assist our clients whenever needed.

Our nursing staff has been carefully selected. They are clinical experts, highly experienced, honest and carry a positive attitude.
We pride ourselves on professionalism and dependability while providing you and your loved ones with the highest quality of care.
Once referred to us, only those caregivers who meet our standards are selected to proceed to the next level of our application process with emphasis on the verification of credentials and a Level ll background screening.
At THENACARES, we also conduct reference checks and it’s mandatory for the caregivers to be insured and bonded.
